Privacy statement art. 13 D.Lgs 30.06.2003 n. 196
The personal data acquired through the newsletter subscription form are collected for the only purpose of receiving the periodical newletters (either by email or ground mail) issued by the Conference organization, and will be handled with the aid of electronic and not electronic tools. The collected data will be handled only from the staff of the Organizing and Scientific secretariats of the ICTHIC. Responsible of data treatment is "Congress Center Giovanni XXIII" headquartered in Viale Papa Giovanni XXIII, 106- 24121 Bergamo, Italy (website: www.congresscenter.bg.it ).
We inform you that you are entitled with the rights arising from the art. 7 of Italy law D.Lgs 30.06.2003, n. 196, in particular you have the right to know your own personal data stored at Congress Center Giovanni XXIII, to rectify, update and cancel them, if incomplete, erroneous or collected in violation of the law, and to oppose to their treatment for reasons other than the subscription to the newsletter, writing to the above-mentioned responsible of data treatment.
